its been great to come back to CA and organize a big year ahead, trying for the first time to do the Big Wave World Tour... its a totally new cycle, that is balanced with excitement as well as some good ol' insecurity... as humans, what can we do but honor our weaknesses, so as to transcend them... so super positive to revist this recent journey to Portugal to: compete in the Quiksilver La Vaca Gigante (whoa!! couldn't of gone better, really!!); work on getting better sponsors to do the big-wave tour and continue my contributions to the World Surfing Reserves movement. As good friend said, "If you can just hang on, everything will be alright!"
